Gym Nation Health & Fitness Club is located in Hortonwood Telford. We pride ourselves in being a friendly family run, privately owned business that caters for each of our members individual needs.

Established in December 2002. Since then the gym has gone from strength to strength offering personal training and personally designed programs.

The gym has up to the minute state of the art machines, cardio vascular equipment, resistance machines, and extensive free weights area. Technologically designed layout for easier understanding and user friendliness.
