  • What is your cancellation policy?
    To cancel a membership, you must email with a formal notice at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. We value our members time with us and aim to make the process as seamless as possible.
  • How do I get the FitSense app?
    Only members/day passers will have access to our app. Reception will be able to assist you with this. Unfortunately, our app is only available for mobiles without UK app stores. If you cannot access the app, reception can generate a QR code that can be used to access to the gym.
  • What classes do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of classes, such as yoga, pilates, HIIT, Hyrox, Strength and Conditioning, dance, Calisthenics... A live timetable of our 35+ weekly classes can be found on our classes page
  • How do I book onto a class?
    Classes can be booked by: 1) Using our app FitSense (if you are a member of Gym Nation) 2) Using the ClassPass app (if you are a ClassPass member) 3) Non-members can email (your booking will not be confirmed until a member of the team responds) 4) In person with a member of the team
  • What are your membership options?
    All our membership options can be found on our pricing page
  • Do you offer day passes?
    Yes we do. These are £11.99 for a single day pass or £99.99 for 10 single day passes. These can be purchased either online or at reception.
  • Do you offer free trials?
    We don't offer any free trials. However, if you purchase a single day pass for £11.99 and then sign up at the end of your session, we credit this amount of your first payment.
  • Am I able to freeze my membership?
    Yes, our gym offers the option to freeze memberships for whole months at just £10 per month, providing flexibility for members who need temporary breaks from their memberships. Please email to freeze your membership.
  • How do I apply my student/blue light discount online?
    To redeem any applicable discount, please come in to the club. You will be required to provide valid documentation on sign up.
  • Do you offer towels?
    Yes, a single towel can be hired for £2, or there is an option to pay a monthly fee of £12.99 to get unlimited towels. Towels are available at the reception.
  • Do you have showers?
    Yes, we have showers in our changing rooms.
  • Do you have lockers?
    Yes, lockers are free to use while training at our gym. Please bring your own padlock (available to be bought at reception). We also offer long term use of lockers for £12.99 a month. This add on can be purchased at reception.
  • Do you have changing rooms?
    Yes, we have both a male and female changing room, each with 2 showers and 2 toilets. We also have a separate gender neutral toilet which is also wheel chair accessible. This does not have a shower.
  • How do you keep and store my data?

  • When is the gym busiest?
    The peak times are typically Monday and Tuesday 5:00pm - 7:30pm. With our recent expansion we have plenty of kit for everyone, even in peak hours.
  • Do you offer Personal Training?
    All our Personal Trainers are self employed. Their bios and contact details can be found on the trainers page on this website. You can enquire with them directly, or you can ask a member of reception to help pair you with the perfect Personal Trainer for your needs.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in London Bridge underneath the railway arches. Our address is 26 Druid St, SE1 2EY.
  • I have left an item at the gym, is there lost property?
    Gym Nation retains all lost property for a maximum of one month. Please email for enquiries. Our Lost Property Handling Policy can be found here.
  • What are your opening times?
    Our opening times are: Mon - Thur: 6am.- 10pm Fri: 6am - 9pm Sat & Sun: 8am - 7pm
